Salary Range: $79,530 - $99,420. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
Your roleThe Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient product flow to meet or exceed customer demand while maintaining a safe, ergonomic work environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop manufacturing employees of a machining area to ensure the cost effective and timely delivery of designated components.
- Responsible for the achievement of safety, quality, delivery and cost targets for a complete range of manufactured products to ensure cost effective and on‑time delivery from the Cell to the Customer.
- Continue to develop a team culture which is customer focused, primarily on improved flexibility of operations.
- Develop and promote the application of the continuous improvement process.
- Liaise with management teams to facilitate the smooth introduction of new products and associated processes to the cell in order to meet timescale, quality and cost targets.

- Education:
HS Diploma/GED required; degree in Engineering Technology or Business preferred. - Minimum 5 years experience within a manufacturing operation, including 3 years leadership experience.
- Experience leading and motivating teams.
- Lean Management experience and/or Six Sigma.
- Experience in facilitating and leading continuous improvement activities.

This role involves a mix of desk‑based engineering tasks, on‑site inspections, and interaction with manufacturing processes, requiring moderate physical activity in varied environments.
- Sitting/Stationary Positioning:
Mostly seated (~40‑50% of time) for tasks such as design, analysis, or using CAD. - Hand and Finger Use/Dexterity:
Handles tools or controls occasionally to moderately (~30‑40% of time); requires manual dexterity and near vision for detailed drawings or screens. - Standing/Walking:
Walks or stands moderately (~30‑40% of time) to inspect production lines or collaborate with teams. - Moving Objects/Lifting/Carrying:
Moves or lifts objects up to 20 pounds occasionally; minimal to moderate exertion required. - Bending/Twisting/Reaching:
Occasionally bends, twists, or stretches (~20‑30% of time) to access equipment or reach workstations. - Repetitive Motions:
Performs repetitive actions occasionally (~20‑30% of time) such as typing or adjusting equipment. - Environmental Factors:
Frequently exposed to moderate noise; occasionally to contaminants or hazardous equipment; protective equipment (safety glasses, hard hats, hearing protection) used when on the shop floor. Work both in office and manufacturing settings with constant interaction with others.
