Edwards Genesee location address: 6685 Crosby Rd Basom, NY 14013. Salary Range: $20.19 - $31.25 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

As a CNC Machinist I, you will learn to operate CNC equipment while developing foundational machining skills. You will support production by following defined procedures and working closely with more experienced machinists and engineers.

• Operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, or balancer machines under supervision; seek assistance when encountering operational issues.
• Follow standard safety protocols and quality procedures.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in alignment with 6S principles.
• Collaborate with Cell Support Engineers and Team Leaders to identify and resolve basic issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

• 0-3 years of machining experience or technical education/certification in CNC machining.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and receive feedback.

This role requires precision handling of tools and machinery, often in a manufacturing setting with prolonged physical engagement.

• Hand and Finger Use/Dexterity:
