Turret Machine Operator

Our client, a leading metal fabrication manufacturer, is seeking a Turret Machine Operator to join their team. As a Turret Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a dependable work ethic, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Turret Machine Operator

Location: Buffalo, NY

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00/hour

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4pm – 2:30am (10-hour shifts) | Possible overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

• Set up and operate turret equipment to punch and prepare materials according to customer specifications.

• Review work orders, adjust machine programs, and perform machine setup, tooling changes, and inspections.

• Perform first-piece and incoming material inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

• Transport completed materials to the next production operation and communicate tooling needs as required.

• Maintain production efficiency while following all quality, safety, and continuous improvement procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or turret machine operation experience preferred.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.

• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule, including overtime as needed.

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.

• Competitive pay of $18.00–$24.00 per hour.

• Full-time, 2nd shift schedule with opportunities for overtime.

• Four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
