A&T Technician II
Location and ScheduleBuffalo, NY – Onsite, 3rd Shift (East Aurora, NY)
OverviewThe Commercial Aircraft Group seeks an A&T Technician II to support aircraft assembly and test operations. The role reports to the Operations Process Manager.
Responsibilities- Perform assembly activities using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, fixtures, tooling, gauge, and torque mechanisms to meet build requirements.
- Work from drawings, work instructions, and parts lists; document performance results and situational circumstances.
- Set up and execute operational tests of finished products on high‑precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
- Diagnose test failures, assess hardware condition, and provide recommended rework instructions and configuration changes.
- Complete daily administrative responsibilities to support overall operations.
- High School diploma or GED preferred; otherwise demonstrated ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions or training in English.
- At least 3 years of related experience in a technical field.
- Basic math skills: simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Enrollment and participation in Moog’s FAA Drug & Alcohol Program, as required by FAA regulations for Safety Sensitive Work.
- Access to U.S. export‑controlled information.
- Competitive hourly wages: $28.00–$32.00 (Buffalo, NY) with 10% 3rd‑shift differential.
