About the Company Hiring this Role: Our client is a locally owned and operated food manufacturer in Buffalo, NY.
About the Role: We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support day-to-day operations for a Buffalo based organization. This is a hands‑on role focused primarily on supporting daily production runs. The individual in this position will assist with preparing, producing, and packaging product while maintaining a clean and organized production environment. From time to time, this person may also be asked to assist with local deliveries using a company box truck.
Responsibilities:- Assist with daily production runs, including preparation, processing, and packaging of products
- Follow production procedures and food safety guidelines during all manufacturing activities
- Prepare finished product for shipment or delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
- Support occasional local deliveries using a company box truck when needed
- Assist the team with general production and operational tasks as required
- 1+ year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
- Food production experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for occasional deliveries)
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a hands‑on production setting
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a small team
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
