We're looking for experienced or mechanically inclined individuals to operate our Forming production equipment. If you enjoy technology, machinery, and continuous improvement, this role offers excellent opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do- Operate automated production equipment.
- Monitor scales and weighing systems.
- Verify product quality.
- Perform quality checks.
- Maintain food safety standards.
- Document production information.
- Troubleshoot equipment.
- Work in temperature‑controlled environments.
- Freezer Operations
- Triangle Lines
- Scales
- Automated Packaging Equipment
- Machine operation experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments.
- Quality‑focused mindset.
- Excellent attendance.
- $22‑$24/hr depending on experience

You’ll work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on — giving you built‑in long weekends every other week!
