Production Team Lead – 3rd Shift | Food Manufacturing

Rosina Food Products is looking for an experienced Production Team Lead to join our growing Operations team. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for leading production associates while ensuring a safe, productive, and efficient operation. As a Team Lead, you'll serve as a mentor, coach, and trainer while partnering closely with Shift Managers to achieve production, quality, and food safety goals.

As a Production Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and direct production associates throughout the shift.
• Promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Monitor production to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to production standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor new associates and machine operators.
• Monitor employee performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Partner with Shift Managers to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure all production documentation is completed accurately.
• Communicate equipment, staffing, material, and production concerns to leadership.
• Assist with production planning and ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
• Support supervisor coverage when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMPs, sanitation standards, and company policies.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys leading from the floor and developing others.

• Previous manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading or training production teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with production or manufacturing software is a plus.
