Responsibilities of our Gluer Operators include:

• Perform set-up of machine specific to each job
• Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments
• Follow daily production schedule
• Provide direction to employees working on your line
• Run multiple machines at a time
• Perform preventative maintenance as required
• Perform in-process inspection following quality guidelines

Requirements for our Gluer Operators include:

• Follow procedures, specifications, and guidelines for the position
• Work at an efficient production pace meeting expectations
• Clean and maintain work area
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Work overtime as required
• Excellent team working skills
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written)

Physical Requirements include:

• Constant standing and walking
• Frequent grasping, reaching and bending
• Ability to lift 10lbs or less
• Ability to push/pull 12 lbs or less
