As a Production Line Worker
, you’ll help keep our operation running smoothly by filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing products to meet our high-quality standards. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a team environment.

Summary:This position plays a key role in ensuring our products are assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment with the highest quality standards. This position involves rotating through various stations on the production line to fill, label, stack, inspect, and package products accurately and efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to meet daily production goals while working as part of a collaborative team.
Essential duties of Position:
- Operate production line equipment to fill containers with products such as polish, grease, DEF, and other materials.
- Must be able to operate all stations on lines #1 – #3, DEF & water‑based lines, luster, heavy paste, and grease (exception of bottle filler station on line #1)
- Box, stack, package, palletize, and wrap products for shipment in compliance with company standards
- Inspect products for defects, damages, or labeling errors and take corrective action as needed
- Stage completed orders for shipment and accurately complete production tickets to ensure proper tracking and documentation
- Assist with inventory control by counting stock and reporting discrepancies
- Meet or exceed daily production targets and deadlines set by management
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials as needed in the production and shipping areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area in accordance with safety guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production and plant operations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. repeatedly (required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks (required)
- At least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience (preferred)
- Operate a forklift (preferred)
