Training Coordinator

Talascend is currently seeking a Training Coordinator for a contract opportunity with our client in Buffalo, New York
.

This role involves coordinating required training for both hourly and salary employees, ensuring training requirements are met, tracking completion, and understanding invoicing processes. The position supports a manufacturing environment focused on the launch of a new engine product.

• Coordinate required training for hourly and salaried personnel involved in the production launch
• Work with training leads and track training completion
• Understand and manage invoicing related to training
• Communicate effectively with OEMs and internal teams
• Ensure alignment with project timelines and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering or a technical field)
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and take initiative
