Production Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Buffalo, NY. This hands-on role supports the production of premium metal prints from start to finish, including printing preparation, fabrication, packaging, crating, and shipping support.

The Production Technician role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, woodworking, construction, or similar hands-on work. CNC experience is helpful, but training will be provided for the right candidate with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

• Prepare printers for daily production, including cleaning, setup, and operation of scheduled print jobs.
• Assist with CNC equipment operation using existing pre-programmed files.
• Cut and assemble MDF back frames for finished metal prints.
• Build custom crates and protective packaging for oversized artwork using honeycomb cardboard, foam, and related materials.
• Measure materials accurately to support proper fit, spacing, assembly, and packaging requirements.
• Stage, organize, and prepare finished products for freight shipment while maintaining a clean and safe production area.
