Rosina Food Products is hiring Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics across all shifts at our West Seneca facility. Pay & Benefits:
- $28.00-$41.50/hr based on experience
- Shift differentials available $1.50 for 2nd & 3rd

What You'll Do:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Use lathes, grinders, welders, and hand tools to fabricate or repair parts
- Follow all safety and food safety (USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP) standards
- Keep records of work completed and issues identified
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication
- Ability to read schematics and manuals
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Full-time, multiple shifts available (please indicate your availability)
- May include weekends and holidays (5-day work week)
- Work is performed in a fast-paced food production setting with hot, cold, and humid conditions
Shift Options Available: 2nd: 3:00PM-11:30PM 3rd: 11:00PM-7:30AM
