Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Any AutoCAD knowledge/drafting knowledge
3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

Job DescriptionDay-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support daily production and manufacturing operations on the plant floor
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, and quality issues
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to solve problems
- Monitor production performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Support new equipment installations, launches, and process changes
- Analyze downtime and implement corrective actions to improve uptime
- Create and update process documentation and work instructions
- Train operators and maintenance teams on new equipment and processes
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and waste reduction efforts
Typical Week
- 30-40% Production floor support & troubleshooting
- 20-30% Continuous improvement projects
- 15-20% New equipment/process implementation
- 10-15% Documentation, meetings, and data analysis
- 5-10% Vendor coordination and training

Production lines run efficiently with minimal downtime
