Production Associate

We're hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Blasdell, NY. This position offers 12-hour shifts and requires employees to be on their feet for most of the shift.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load and unload materials from machines
• Build, stack, and move pallets of finished product
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Feed materials into production lines
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Assist with basic equipment upkeep and general housekeeping
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a loud production environment
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain on your feet throughout a 12-hour shift
• Mechanical aptitude is helpful
• Stable work history and a professional resume
