• Design, implement, test, and support technical solutions, including infrastructure and technology services.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand opportunities, clarify requirements, and develop effective solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural standards, policies, procedures, and support materials.
• Lead meetings and discussions with vendors, internal teams, and senior technical professionals.
• Mentor less experienced engineers, technicians, and integrators while reviewing their documentation, proposals, and technical changes.

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems design, management, and architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Open Text CPE/Load Runner.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in JMeter.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software testing, performance engineering, or a related technical engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Open Text Core Performance Engineering (Load Runner Cloud) or Load Runner Enterprise.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining performance test scripts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing application performance and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working within Agile and Dev Ops environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Open Text Core Performance Engineering (Load Runner Cloud).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Load Runner Professional / VuGen.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in C Programming.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Test Design and Workload Modeling.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in API Performance Testing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Application Performance Testing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Analysis and Bottleneck Identification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynatrace or Equivalent APM Tools.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SDLC, Agile, and Dev Ops Methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Capacity and Scalability Testing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical engineering position involving infrastructure design technologies, data management and interchange, system design and development for complex applications.
• Ability to translate complex business and functional requirements into structured, high-quality implementations using any variety of industry-standard approaches.
