Aluminum TIG Welder – Depew, NY
Immediate Opening | Temp-to-Hire | $19-$21/Hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum TIG Welder for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Depew, NY. This is a temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to join a skilled manufacturing team.
Schedule- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime available and may be required based on production demands
- $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
- Based on experience
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Weld aluminum components to specifications
- Cut, grind, and finish aluminum materials
- Inspect completed welds and products for quality
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience
- Aluminum welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
