Our Mixing Operators play a vital role in producing Rosina's products by accurately preparing ingredients and operating industrial mixing equipment.
This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy learning equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Operate industrial mixers and grinders.
- Read production schedules and batch sheets.
- Verify ingredients before production begins.
- Stage raw materials.
- Monitor product consistency throughout production.
- Complete production documentation.
- Perform equipment setup and basic adjustments.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong math and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- $22-$24/hr depending on experience

12-Hour 2-2-3 Rotation
- 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Morning Shift)
- 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night Shift) + $1.50 Shift Differential
You’ll work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on — giving you built-in long weekends every other week!
