Our Military Aircraft Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer to join our Prismatic Manufacturing Group where you’ll play a critical role in transitioning operations into our next-generation Advanced Integrated Manufacturing (AIM) facility. • ABachelor’s degreein a technical field withthree (3) or more yearsof relevant professional experience, or an Associate degreewithsix (6) or more yearsof relevant professional experience, or eight (8) or more yearsof proven professional experience
• Proficiency in CNC Mill Machining
• Three (3) or more years experience CNC Programming using CAD/CAM software
• Hands-on experience withmachine setup and operation

• A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• Background in the aerospace industry
• Experience with machine automation integration
• Skills in inspection of machined parts
• Hands-on experience machining stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum
• Proficiency in CNC Programming using Siemens NX
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles;
  Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

• Develop and optimize CNC Mill and secondary machining processes for both new and legacy components
• Create detailed CNC programs and manufacturing instructions that meet rigorous engineering specifications
• Define operation sequences, tooling, gauging, and machine requirements for precision part fabrication
• Troubleshoot shop floor issues, including tooling, gauging, work holding, and inspection challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing problems and enhance producibility
• Create detailed operation sheets and NC programs to produce high-precision machined parts and sub-assemblies
• Review engineering drawings for manufacturability and recommend design improvements
• Assist in the creation of machine-ready code and be hands-on in the production environment, assisting with program prove-outs and troubleshooting
• Estimate setup/run times and tooling hours; contribute to cost estimation for new business proposals
• Mentor junior engineers and lead continuous improvement initiatives in processes and equipment
