You will play a vital role in crafting superior precision parts while upholding our rigorous standards for quality and output.

• Develop CNC programs for milling and turning equipment to support both unique custom projects and recurring production runs.
• Configure, manage, and debug CNC machinery to help the team achieve optimal production throughput.
• Analyze and translate technical blueprints, engineering schematics, and production routers.
• Determine appropriate tooling, configure machine offsets, and refine machining workflows to improve overall output.
• Execute first article, in-process, and final quality assessments to ensure product excellence.
• Validate the dimensional precision of components by utilizing advanced measuring tools.
• Partner with quality, production, and leadership personnel to overcome technical machining obstacles.
• Meet established production timelines while ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship in every part.
• Propose and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and minimize material waste.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety protocols and keeping the workspace tidy.

• At least one year of professional experience in CNC machining.
• Proven background in the operation and programming of CNC milling or turning centers.
• Proficiency in deciphering mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
• Demonstrated ability to handle machine setups, tool adjustments, and work offsets.
• Deep understanding of machining fundamentals, including cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
• Competency in using precision measurement equipment like micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.
• A meticulous eye for detail to ensure the consistent production of high-quality components.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to address complex challenges.
• Capability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and a collaborative team member.

• Proficiency in CAM software packages such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidCAM, GibbsCAM, or CAMWorks.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
• Background working within precision manufacturing or custom job shop environments.
• Familiarity with quality documentation and the First Article Inspection (FAI) process.
