Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on‑site with our client in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities- Develops and coordinates lines of communication within a line of business among employees.
- Implements policies and programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees.
- Works directly with business line management to develop, manage, implement, and evaluate internal communications, including sales / service / operations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.
- Identifies, prepares, and implements plans for significant organizational announcements and responds to employee inquiries.
- Manages the divisional intranet, including content design.
- Leads the evaluation and, if appropriate, the implementation of new communication delivery channels.
- Promotes an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client’s brand.
- Maintains client internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Completes other related duties as assigned.
- Serves as a team lead.
Pay: $34.61 - $57.68 / hr
Hours: hrs / Week.
Length: Contract (11 months)

RequiredSkills / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
- Expert content creator for internal messaging (email, meeting) and marketing materials for an IT project.
- Expert in the creation of PowerPoint slides using images, clear and concise content, and graphs.
- Autonomous, self‑driven project member who collaborates well.
- Skills in communication, both written and verbal, including translating technical terms into user‑friendly messaging.
- Good PowerPoint skills in creating professional, clear, concise content using graphs, images, and other creative means to communicate data.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
