Responsibilities:

Dispensary Engagement and Displays:

Set up and maintain eye-catching displays in dispensaries to maximize visibility and sales.
Ensure that store requirements are met and our brand is prominently represented.

Brand Representation:

Act as the face of Dank By Definition, embodying our values and maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
Build strong relationships with dispensary staff and bud tenders to enhance product knowledge and advocacy.

Marketing and Strategy:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target demographics and market trends.
Use data-driven insights to develop and execute effective marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales.

Sales Promotion and Training:

Drive sales through effective product promotion and customer engagement strategies.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for dispensary staff to ensure they are well-versed in our products.

Event Planning and In-Store Activations:

Plan and coordinate in-store activations to showcase our products and educate consumers.
Set up engaging booths and displays that attract attention and highlight product features.
Educate consumers about our products through interactive demonstrations and informative sessions.
Collaborate with dispensary staff to ensure seamless execution of events and activations.

Customer Satisfaction:

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills:

Market Research and Analysis:
Strong ability to gather and analyze market data.
Sales and Persuasion:
Proven track record in sales with excellent persuasion skills.
Public Speaking:
Confident in public speaking for presentations and promotional events.
Event Planning:
Experience in planning and executing successful in-store activations.
Customer Service:
Exceptional skills in customer interactions to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Willingness to Travel:
Ability to travel as needed within New York.
Valid New York Driver's License:
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Customer Service/Marketing

Experience:

Prior experience in customer service or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

Create content about our products and post on multiple social media platforms
Monitor and respond to online reviews of our products and services
Attend trade-shows and act as a spokesperson on behalf of the company
Network and develop relationships with potential and existing customers
Use word-of-mouth marketing to increase brand awareness
Assist the marketing team in organizing events

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or a similar position is preferred
Experience creating engaging online content and a strong social media presence
An engaging, friendly disposition
