Build a career in media planning and buying
Agency 15 is looking for an organized, curious and dependable Media Coordinator who wants to learn how smart media plans come together, and how the right media mix can help move a client’s business forward.
This is an entry-level opportunity to build hands‑on experience across television, radio, outdoor, print and digital media. You’ll learn how campaigns move from strategy and media recommendations through proposals, rates, buying, execution, optimization and invoice reconciliation.
As part of our media team, you’ll work alongside our account and creative teams, as well as media partners, to help plan, coordinate and execute campaigns that are organized, accurate and effective. You’ll start by learning our clients, processes and approach to media planning while taking an active role in campaign coordination and execution. As your experience grows, you’ll contribute to media recommendations and take greater ownership of buys, campaigns and reporting.
Some familiarity with advertising or media is helpful, but you don’t need experience with every channel or platform. We’re looking for someone who pays attention to the details, follows through, asks smart questions and is curious about why we make the media decisions we do, not just how to execute them.
If you’re eager to learn, ready to dig in and interested in building a career in media planning and buying, we’d like to meet you.
