Grant Coordinator

The Grant Coordinator is a key member of the Grants Team within the Foundations of Kaleida Health. This role supports the successful administration of grant-funded programs across the health system by helping ensure compliance with grant requirements and coordinating the timely submission of required reports and documentation.

Working closely with the Foundation Grants Team, Finance Grants Team, and program leaders throughout Kaleida Health, the Grant Coordinator coordinates grant reporting activities, tracks deadlines, maintains records, and supports compliance with federal, state, foundation, and internal grant requirements.

This position is well suited for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. The Grant Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the responsible management of grant funding by helping identify potential compliance concerns, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring funded projects remain in good standing.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to supporting accountability, compliance, and effective stewardship of grant resources throughout the organization.

Education And Credentials Bachelor's degree required.

Experience 3 Years experience in grant administration, compliance, or fiscal oversight within a healthcare, university, or nonprofit setting required. 2 Years experience in project tracking, audit documentation, or database management required. 2 years of Community Programmatic Work preferred.
