We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, outpatient team.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care for patients from birth to age 21, including newborn visits, routine well-child exams, preventive care, and management of acute illnesses.
- Assist with pediatric mental health concerns and support lactation if certified or willing to obtain training.
- Work closely with a physician and interdisciplinary team in a family-centered, evidence-based practice.
- Maintain a manageable schedule of approximately 16 patients daily, ensuring timely documentation.
Qualifications include NY licensure, 2+ years of clinical experience (pediatrics preferred), and lactation certification or willingness to obtain it. Benefits include competitive hourly pay, PTO, CME stipend, health and retirement plans, and a supportive work environment.
No inpatient or on-call duties.
