Overview

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Rate: $18.00/hr.

- $21.51/hr. (depending on experience)

Shift: Full-Time, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, including every other weekend

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Rate: $18.00/hr.

- $21.51/hr. (depending on experience)

Shift: Full-Time, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, including every other weekend

We’re hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dedicated to providing high-quality, hands-on care for residents in our Harris Hill skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. If you’re a CNA looking for a stable job with great teamwork and career support—we want to meet you!

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Provide basic patient care and emotional support under the direction of licensed nursing staff
  • Document vital signs, input/output, and report changes in condition to nurse
  • Help with transfers, positioning, and ambulation using safe techniques and equipment (e.g., gait belts, Hoyer lifts)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents
  • Support rehabilitation goals by encouraging independence and dignity
  • Performs nursing rehab activities according to the comprehensive care plans for assigned residents/patients
  • Documents and verbally communicates daily regarding each resident who is on a nursing rehab program, noting any variance from the resident/patient’s care plan
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Compassionate and patient-focused with strong communication skills
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service by building effective relationships and communicating with other team members and interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
