We are seeking an experienced LPN/LVN with Med Surg background for a 13-week travel assignment in Montour Falls, NY. This position requires working evening shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotations. The ideal candidate must be flexible, a strong team player, and comfortable performing CNA duties when required.

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg unit.
• Assist with treatments, procedures, and medication administration per scope of practice.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
• Perform CNA duties as needed to support patient care.
• Document accurately in Point Click Care (PCC) charting system.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.

• Active LPN/LVN license (state compact or NY license).
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience

• Must be agreeable to performing CNA duties when needed.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
