Provides clinical expertise in ostomy, wound care, clinical oversight and application along with control of supply costs.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Professional Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in NYS.
• Valid NYS driver’s license.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and clinical managers.

• Minimum two (2) years in an acute care setting as an Enterostomal Nurse.
• Home care experience desirable.

• Weight requirement – Medium (up to 50 lbs).
• Department: VNA Disease Management.
• Standard hours bi-weekly: 80.25.
