Vital member of a multi‑disciplinary treatment team focused on providing compassionate, patient‑centered, recovery‑focused mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness, including:

• Coordinating and providing nursing care
• Conducting nursing assessments
• Preparing, implementing, and modifying nursing care plans
• Providing health teaching, counseling, and education to individuals and families
• Implementing infection control protocols and procedures
• Observing and recording patients’ symptoms and care responses, and reporting medication or health changes

Registered professional nurse licensed in New York State.
