We are hiring dedicated, compassionate CNAs, Nurse Aides, and Caregivers to provide resident‑focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters at our Buffalo convent home located on Doat Street/Pine Ridge (near Cheektowaga). Willingness to work additional shifts as needed.

Full‑time CNA / Nurse Aite positions:

Week 1 schedule:
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Week 2 schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $16.50–$21.83, determined by CNA certification, relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity.

• Provide compassionate, person‑centered, direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care.
• Document care as required and communicate with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure resident quality care.
• Assist and collaborate with nursing staff in duties related to the ongoing needs of residents according to established standards.
• Work within all departments to support the religious life of sisters, engage in quality interpersonal experiences, and maintain teamwork and partnerships among all departments to achieve sister satisfaction.

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state is a plus but not required.
• Long‑term resident care or home care experience preferred but not required.
