Nurse America is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Travel Acute Rehabilitation Unit assignment. This role is ideal for RNs who excel in patient recovery, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration .
- Unit: Acute Rehab
- Schedule: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Start Date: May 26, 2026
- Travel Requirement: Must live 100+ miles away
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
- Educate patients and families on recovery and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
- May assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed
- Active RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 completed travel assignment required
- Acute Rehab or inpatient rehab experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Weekly Pay: $2,200 – $2,700
