Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a school district to hire a health office nurse to work in Buffalo, New York. As a school professional with SHC, you’ll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals who understand schools and your unique needs as a School-based LPN.

School Health Office LPN Contract Details:

• $31 – $33.50 per hour
• 44‑week contracts
• Schedule follows the school district calendar
• Nurse will see students on an as‑needed basis in the school health office

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
• Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services
• Maintain student records while complying with state and federal screenings
• Promote education and wellness initiatives

• New York LPN License
