Clinical: RN Clinical Supervisor

All Metro Health Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Clinical Supervisor.

• Pay: $86,880 to $89,000 based on experience
• Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Visiting Client Territory: Buffalo area. Would need to be present in each specific area when the Manager of Clinical Services is unavailable for that area.

• Perform on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers
• Provide clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases.
• Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
• Perform initial nursing assessments
• Counsel patient/caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs.
• Assign and coordinate services provided.
• Assist physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and make necessary revisions based upon patient’s condition/needs.
• Prepare clinical progress notes ensuring any changes in the patient’s condition is reported.
• Monitor clinical records for complete and accurate documentation.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• CPR Certified
• 1 year of Home Care experience required
• 1 year of RN experience in a skilled care setting
• Valid NYS Driver’s License, insurance, registration, and reliable car
