Job Description

This position provides leadership on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis to the nursing care team, ensuring residents/patients receive appropriate medical care. The Nurse Manager assesses resident needs, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care plans. Responsibilities include operational oversight, staffing decisions (hiring, termination), staff discipline and counseling, and coordinating clinical and skilled nursing activities to deliver quality resident care. The manager also leads quality improvement initiatives and outcomes for the unit.

Associate's degree required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
