IQVIA LLC is seeking a Mobile Nurse (LPN/LVN) for per diem in-home services across Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas. You will travel to patients' homes to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings as part of therapy initiation and adherence support.
The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, CPR, and phlebotomy experience. Expect flexible scheduling with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement; ability to lift up to 70 pounds is required, and travel up to 100 miles is common.
