Bring Your Leadership, Organization & Healthcare Experience to Bry Lin Hospital

At Bry Lin Hospital, exceptional patient care depends on exceptional people behind the scenes.

For more than 70 years, Bry Lin Hospital has provided compassionate behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults throughout Western New York. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Office Manager who knows how to keep a busy healthcare environment running smoothly while creating a positive experience for patients, physicians, and staff.

If you have successfully managed a physician practice, medical office, or other fast paced healthcare setting, this could be an exciting opportunity to bring your experience into a role where your leadership will make a meaningful impact every day.

The Opportunity

As our Office Manager, you will be at the center of daily operations, bringing together people, processes, physicians, insurance requirements, and patient needs.

We're looking for someone who is a natural problem solver and strong organizer. Someone who can see what needs to be done, establish priorities, communicate effectively, and make sure the details don't get lost along the way.

You will work closely with physicians, clinical professionals, administrative staff, and hospital leadership, making strong communication and relationship building skills essential to your success.

If you're the person everyone relies on to keep things organized, solve problems, and keep the office moving forward, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the Day to Day:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure workflows are organized, efficient, and responsive to the needs of patients, physicians, and staff.
  • Support and Lead Your Team:
Provide guidance, direction, and support to staff while fostering an environment of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service.
  • Put Your Insurance Knowledge to Work:
Utilize your strong understanding of health insurance to help ensure information is accurate, requirements are met, and processes move forward efficiently.
  • Partner with Physicians:
Develop strong working relationships with physicians and clinical teams, serving as a reliable resource and helping ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Keep Everything Moving:
Manage multiple priorities, schedules, workflows, documentation, and daily challenges in a fast paced healthcare environment.
  • Create a Positive

    Experience:

Ensure interactions with patients, families, physicians, and staff are handled professionally, efficiently, and with compassion.
  • Solve Problems:
Identify challenges, take ownership, and develop practical solutions that improve office operations.
  • Improve the Way We Work:
Look for opportunities to strengthen processes, increase efficiency, and create a better experience for both patients and staff.
What We're Looking For
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in medical office management, physician practice management, healthcare administration, admissions, intake, or a related healthcare environment
  • Previous office management, supervisory, or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance processes, requirements, and verification
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working closely and effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to take initiative
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards
Your Leadership Can Make a Difference

We're looking for more than someone who can simply manage an office. We're looking for someone who can make it better.

Someone who brings organization to busy days, solutions to challenges, support to their team, and confidence to every interaction.

If you're an experienced healthcare Office Manager who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and wants to bring your skills to an organization where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.

Bring your experience. Lead with confidence. Make an impact at Bry Lin Hospital.
