Compensation: $120,000 -$165,000 annually
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily nursing operations
Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
Drive quality care and clinical outcomes
Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Partner with leadership to strengthen team performance
Active NY RN license
Skilled nursing experience required
Previous nursing leadership experience
