About This Role
The Medical Surgical Nurse is responsible for assessing and treating patient responses to health problems, executing medical regimens, and adhering to Kaleida Health policies and standards. This role is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Highlights- Pay: $42 - $59/hour
- Location: Buffalo, NY
- Facility: Buffalo General Medical Center
- Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift
- Assess and treat human responses to actual and potential health problems.
- Provide case finding, health teaching, and health counseling.
- Execute medical regimens prescribed by licensed healthcare providers.
- Adhere to current Kaleida policies and standards of practice.
- Current NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse/RN Permit required upon hire and must be maintained thereafter.
- American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of Hire and must be maintained thereafter.
- Experience not specified.
- Current NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse/RN Permit required.
- BLS certification required.
