Kaleida Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the SNF unit in Buffalo, NY. This onsite, part-time role supports case finding, health teaching and restorative care under direction of licensed professionals.
Shift 2 (3:00pm–11:00pm) and bi-weekly pay are part of the schedule. The LPN must graduate from an accredited program, hold or obtain an LPN license, and have BLS certification upon hire; experience in SNF settings is valued.
