Day 4x12-Hour (11:00 - 23:00)/Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

• Shift: Nights/Mids rotation — 7:00 PM–7:00 AM / 11:00 AM–11:00 PM

• Weekend: Every other weekend

• Contract: Not specified

• Experience: 1 year required

• First-Time Traveler: Accepted

• Patient Ratio: 1:5

• Local Candidates: Not accepted — 75-mile radius

• License: NY RN License in hand required

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS

• Charting: EPIC experience required

• Unit: 11-bed Medical ED with separate CPEP unit

• CPEP: Evaluation area (up to 6 patients) + Extended Observation (up to 2 patients)

• CPEP Staffing: RN, PCT, and CPEP Behavioral Health team when patients are present

• Patient Flow: Patients are triaged and medically cleared before entering CPEP; may require labs/EKG

• CPEP Coverage: Typically 6-hour blocks on days/mids; nights may cover 12-hour blocks

• Security: Posted in ED

• Additional Listed Certs: CPI, TNCC, TRUST, CPIM*
