Join the DuPont Corian® QA/QC Lab team and play a key role in driving product quality at our solid surface manufacturing plant in Buffalo, NY. This position offers a unique opportunity to support and strengthen our Quality Management System while collaborating closely across Production, Quality, and Technical teams.
We’re seeking a motivated professional with laboratory production experience—ideally with color control expertise—who brings strong analytical, communication, and partnership skills.
Relocation is not supported for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze quality reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide hands‑on internal customer support to production lines.
- Collaborate with Quality and Technical Engineers on improvement initiatives and plant projects.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and certification audits.
- Conduct ISO 9001:2015 internal audits.
- Actively engage in lab team continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in root cause investigations related to product quality.
- Perform data analytics and reporting on key Quality KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or similar field.
- Minimum 1+ years of quality or laboratory experience; background in color testing strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, and product specifications preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working in a unionized production environment preferred.
- Highly organized self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.

The Pay range for this role is $49,000.00 - $77,000.00 Annual
