This position offers a unique opportunity to support and strengthen our Quality Management System while collaborating closely across Production, Quality, and Technical teams.

We’re seeking a motivated professional with laboratory production experience—ideally with color control expertise—who brings strong analytical, communication, and partnership skills.

Relocation is not supported for this role.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Analyze quality reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
* Provide hands‑on internal customer support to production lines.
* Collaborate with Quality and Technical Engineers on improvement initiatives and plant projects.
* Participate in supplier evaluations and certification audits.
* Conduct ISO 9001:2015 internal audits.
* Actively engage in lab team continuous improvement efforts.
* Participate in root cause investigations related to product quality.
* Perform data analytics and reporting on key Quality KPIs.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or similar field.
* Minimum 1+ years of quality or laboratory experience; background in color testing strongly preferred.
* Working knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, and product specifications preferred.
* Strong computer skills, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience working in a unionized production environment preferred.
* Highly organized self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
