We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to help us maintain the highest standards of product safety and quality. In this hands‑on role, you'll support process controls, conduct audits, and drive improvements that ensure our customers receive exceptional products every time.
This is a first shift position located in Lancaster, NY.
What will you do?- Perform process audits and quality checks to ensure manufacturing operations meet rigorous safety and compliance requirements.
- Use root cause analysis and structured problem‑solving methods to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Support change management for new manufacturing lines and process updates to maintain quality standards.
- Partner with production and cross‑functional teams to enhance process robustness and minimize customer‑facing quality risks.
- Quality Strategy – intermediate level; deploying quality culture and standards across manufacturing sites.
- Problem Solving – intermediate level; identifying and resolving quality issues using structured methodologies.
- Five Whys – intermediate level; conducting root cause investigations to prevent recurring defects.
- Change Management – intermediate level; supporting quality assurance during line implementations and process changes.
- PFMEA – intermediate level; assessing potential failure modes to strengthen process design.
- Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution – intermediate level; ensuring compliance throughout the production lifecycle.
- Analytical Thinking – developing level; interpreting data to drive quality improvements.
- Root Cause Analysis – developing level; investigating issues to implement effective corrective actions.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $27 – $38 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location.
