Food Quality Inspector - Shift

• $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule:
  
  7:00 PM–5:30 AM OR 2:00 PM–12:30 AM
• Full‑time position with consistent hours

• Inspect product weight, labeling, packaging, and overall quality
• Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) like metal detection and cooking temperatures
• Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems
• Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing
• Assist with USDA, FDA, and BRC inspections
• Train production staff on quality standards and documentation

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6+ months experience in QA, food safety, or food manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, and BRC standards is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• HACCP certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
