Test Line Technician

Setup and acceptance testing of liquid circulating temperature control systems by performing the following duties.

• Connect and disconnect units mechanically and electrically to test line.
• Verify units perform to all specifications per model code and option code.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs.
• Setup and calibrate mechanical and electrical components.
• Accurately complete quality control worksheets with test data results.
• Provide on-site support to engineering, customer service, sales, and customers.
• Recommend process improvements to test line to increase throughput.
• Responsible for complying with the company's Environmental Policy Manual, applicable work instructions and reporting any environmental non-conformance and/or potential non-conformance to supervision or management.
• Adhere to work instructions and SOP's in accordance with ISO 9001.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Associate degree (A.
  
  A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Refrigeration certification is a plus.

Employees must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible to apply for open positions:

• At least six (6) months of service with the company
• At least six (6) months in their current position
• No record of disciplinary action within the past six (6) months

Hours: Full-time | First Shift , 40 hours per week

Up to $25/hr based on experience.
