Concessions Worker

Position Summary
The Concessions Worker will take guests’ orders, answer questions, assemble food and drinks, and will accurately and efficiently accept and handle cash and credit card payments from guests at the concessions stand. As a Concessions Worker, you will serve as the face of our brand engaging with guests to educate them about our products while delivering an outstanding hospitality experience. This role combines product knowledge with exceptional customer service to create memorable interactions that reflect the values and quality of our brand.

Reports to: General Manager or Front of House Manager on duty

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, teammates, and management
• Serves food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests
• Follows all Alcohol Service laws and is mindful of safe alcohol service, including checking photo IDs
• Check food items to ensure quality and safety standards are met and keep the assigned area clean and sanitary
• Ensures that food is prepared correctly, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while meeting guest satisfaction
• Clean and sanitize concession areas during shift, and equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Pay for this position starts at $16 per hour

Who We'er Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must maintain a positive attitude while working efficiently
• Must be able to multitask
• Contribute to overall concessions cleanliness
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending and stooping
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 20 pounds
