Dash's Market is looking for a General Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience and a passion for delivering a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all store staff, including training and scheduling
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory levels, order products and manage stock control to minimize waste and shortages
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and food handling standards
