Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location:
Travel up to 90 miles from home on average | Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement
Schedule:

2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact) and maintain consistent communication.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of two or more people, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful completion of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early morning hours; holidays may also be required.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives as provided, executing tasks fully and completely.
- Work closely with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate, and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Cultivate and sustain collaboration and communication with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Set a high standard for behavior, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring respectful communication with all team members.
- Work across all company aspects and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved upon according to established shared service field KPIs.
- Provide and receive feedback openly.
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability to ever‑changing tasks and environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone to clock in/out, upload photos, use applications, and connect to the internet.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
- Installation and merchandising experience preferred, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to follow planogram directives.
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data and navigate communication platforms independently.
