Key Lead Responsibilities

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and that the store delivers on performance and customer experience.

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values

Hours are variable and will change weekly. Expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours may increase to support business needs.

• High school diploma, G.E.D. preferred or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory/management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive
• Initiative, confidence, and adaptability
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented
• Strong work ethic and proactive mindset

Starting rate: $18.70 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
