The Role
We are looking for a full‑time Merchandise Supervisor to join our team. As a Merchandise Supervisor, you will assist in all merchandise operations and fulfill company goals and objectives with an emphasis on customer service. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, the New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained throughout Highmark Stadium to support operational needs.
- Supervise assigned staff by providing leadership, conducting performance evaluations, addressing disciplinary matters, and coaching employees to reach their full potential.
- Enforce and monitor strict cash‑handling procedures to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance at all times.
- Set, communicate, and track employee performance goals; provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing programs and initiatives designed to enhance the overall customer experience at Highmark Stadium.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and product displays, ensuring concession stands are set up to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service while proactively identifying and addressing guest needs and concerns.
- Perform additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned to support stadium operations and business objectives.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
- Be available to work non‑traditional hours (nights, weekends & holidays).
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends policies and applicable laws.
- Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work independently or as part of a team.
- Energy, enthusiasm, friendly personality, and excellent guest services skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
- Ability to carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- 3 years of merchandise experience (preferred).

Physical DemandsMust be able to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs. Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
