Merchandise Team Member – Highmark Stadium

Location:

Buffalo, NY. The role is to create a fun, welcoming environment while engaging guests with personalized sales recommendations and ownership of merchandise presentation, inventory, and operational excellence.

• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team and fan base.
• Greet guests and ascertain their interest so you may make sales recommendations.
• Warmly greet guests, assess their needs, and confidently make personalized sales recommendations.
• Take ownership of cleaning, restocking, and other assigned duties to maintain a high standard of appearance and readiness.
• Promote merchandise by suggesting complementary and add-on items to maximize sales.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and proper use to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain organized merchandise displays, accurate inventory counts, and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends & holidays).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.

Competitive salary starting at $17/hour commensurate with experience.

• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 75 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
